Tate's Promotion

Doesn't Tate look thrilled to be getting another sibling? Then again, maybe he's just still mad at me for whacking his bangs off... ;)

We shared this picture with friends and family about a month ago so this is kinda old news. I'm already 19 weeks and we found out the gender 3 weeks ago. AND.....

We are all sooooooo excited! We took Collin with us to the gender ultrasound and as we were leaving he announced to the whole waiting room that he was getting a sister. Before we knew the gender Collin would always tell us that it was a girl. He now insists that we call her "C". (I don't think it's gonna happen)
Our little girl arrives sometime around May 14th and we can't wait to have her join our little family!

Tate is 2!

Is this cake my mother in law made awesome or what?
Not only that, but it was so delicious.

Can I believe my baby is two? Why yes, yes I can. Tate lives for cuddles and kisses, but he takes being two VERY seriously! He doesn't miss an opportunity to throw tantrums and gets into so much stuff! It's so bad that I can't let him out of my sight for more than 10 seconds even when we're at home! Add to that his incredible stubbornness and you have a little ball of high energy named Tate :)
It's amazing how siblings can be so alike in some ways and then completely different in others.
There is no way our family would be complete without him though. He's the perfect amount of spunk, curiosity, and yes, even the perfect amount of naughty, that our family needs.
Happy Birthday Tate!

Sugar Rush

 Happy Halloween!

Yeah, I know I'm two months behind on posting these, but I'm pregnant and am just now starting to feel better. Didn't know we were expecting #3? That's probably because I've been behind on posting those pictures too, but they're coming! Promise :)

Collin was pretty excited about his Dusty costume from Planes. My mom had bought it last year along with the movie. She wanted him to have something to wear while he watched the movie. When I asked Collin what he wanted to be, he said "Dusty". I was totally down with that since it meant one less over priced costume I had to buy.

I found Tate's costume on sale and snagged it, so this Halloween was pretty great in my opinion.
Doesn't he make the cutest turtle?
And Michael went as Ron Swanson from Parks and Rec. Scary how much they look alike ;)
The boys scored a pretty good amount of candy this year. We might have let them eat a little too much though because they ended up staying up until past 11 and were SO HYPER! It was crazy. I hid the candy after they crashed, but I didn't hide it well enough apparently. Found this guy reunited with his bucket  the next morning.
