We seem to deal with extremes in our house. For instance, we have one child who WILL. NOT. EAT.
And I mean that literally. He cries any time I tell him it's time to eat and it doesn't even matter if it's Mac and Cheese or something fun that he use to love. He is just not into eating right now which makes dinnertime a nightmare. A reoccurring nightmare actually, because it happens every single night. We are slowly working past this. (pretty much by using fear tactics like, he'll get sick if he doesn't eat and telling him Tate is going to be stronger than him if he doesn't eat good food.)
It seems to be working ;)
And then on the other spectrum, we have Tate who eats EVERYTHING, ALL THE TIME! He has been known to eat more than one slice of pizza in one sitting, he usually eats a whole enchilada by himself and he'll eat about three helpings of spaghetti. And that doesn't even include all the snacking he does!
And what happens when the food is gone???
Total misery and woe :)
This kid seriously can't get enough. If he so much as hears the crinkle of a chip bag or see's you put something in you're mouth, he screams at you to give him some. And I won't even tell you how many poor babies he's pushed out of the way at church so he can get to the snack their parents are feeding them. If this continues into the teens, Michael might need to get a second job ;)
